Welcome to the Sierra Nevadas! I am your “Hometown Hospitality” Realtor, and serve all my clients like they were family! My grandmother and her sister first opened a restaurant and bakery at Lake Tahoe in 1936, so my love of Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada Mountains was inherited. My background includes having attended Tahoe Truckee High School, and graduated from Truckee Meadows Community College, Phi Theta Kappa with Honors.

The advantages to my clients are a result of my unique abilities and experience in the lumber industry and construction, in advertising sales, as a financial officer, and graphics designer. The Tahoe Truckee and Reno area has been my hometown for almost 60 years, so I know these communities well. I have been married for 30 years, to a retired Battalion Chief of the Reno Fire Department, making me a part of the “fire service family” for most of my life. I pride myself on my devotion to my “family” of clients, as I provide “Hometown Hospitality”, to clients who walk the roads of home ownership.

The value to my mature clients, those of us who are “Baby Boomers” and beyond, is the benefit of my extensive training as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. I can address issues ranging from retirement communities and alternative housing, to reverse mortgages and seniors social networking.

My clients benefit from my professional services though my Certifications in Internet Marketing, and Negotiations. As a Certified Distressed Properties Expert, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, my Sellers have survived 43 short sale transactions and Buyers picked up 15 bank owned properties. I’ve closed escrow on nearly a hundred properties in my career. My network of relationships allows me to connect you to the best lenders, escrow agents, and inspectors in the industry. I am passionate about assisting clients with the most exciting and important decisions of their lives!
